EMPLOYER BRANDING

Present the job and your company more clearly to candidates

From your communication, a candidate should understand the job, the conditions and the reason to consider the offer. We help you convey this through job ads, messages and communication during selection. We connect employer branding with specific hiring needs and the real experience of working at your company.

When the message does not explain enough

  • Job ads sound the same for different roles.

The candidate cannot see what is expected, what the job looks like or how your offer differs.

  • People see the ad but find no reason to apply.

You need to check whether the message suits the target group and gives the information that matters for the decision.

  • Different people present the same job differently.

HR, managers and public channels send inconsistent messages about the role, conditions and expectations.

  • Communication fades during selection.

Candidates do not know what comes next, when to expect a reply or how the process ends.

What we prepare for your team

We choose the scope according to the need: from a single job ad or a targeted group of roles to connected materials for a hiring campaign.

  • Messages

Messages for the candidates you want to attract.

We agree which real information about the job and the company to highlight for a given target group. We also prepare templates for approaching candidates directly.

  • Job ads and campaign

Job ads and content for the hiring campaign.

We prepare the text and structure of job ads and, depending on project scope, the content and structure of a campaign page. We suggest channels and the sequence of activities for the profiles sought.

  • COMMUNICATION

    Guidelines for communication during selection.

We define how candidates receive information on next steps, feedback and notice of the outcome. We align messages with what your team can consistently deliver.

Candidates should know what to expect

We connect messages across the whole candidate journey. Each stage should answer one specific question.

  1. Step 1: First contact

Why is this opportunity relevant to me?

  2. Step 2: Finding out more

What will I do and under what conditions?

  3. Step 3: Application

How do I apply and what happens next?

  4. Step 4: Selection

Where am I in the process and when can I expect a reply?

  5. Step 5: Outcome

What is the outcome and what is my next step?

We base employer strengths on real conditions and the actual experience of work

A message that promises more than the candidate finds can damage trust during selection or after joining the company.

What working together looks like

We understand your situation

With the HR team and managers we look at the roles you are filling, the candidates you are addressing and your current communication. We establish what is missing and which employer strengths you can substantiate.

We agree the focus and materials

We choose what to improve first and which materials to prepare. We agree the key messages, the channels where they will be used and your team's involvement.

We prepare and align the content

We develop the agreed messages and materials, then review and refine them with your team. They need to present the employer clearly and match employees' real experience.

We hand over the materials for use

We hand over the aligned materials and agree where and how they will be used. We clearly determine who takes over publishing and further communication with candidates.

Questions about the scope of the service

Does the service include building a page and running a campaign?

The core scope covers the agreed messages, texts, content structure and recommendations. Design, technical page build, photo and video production, media buying and operational campaign management are not automatically included. Before we start, we agree who takes these on and the related costs.

Can you work with our marketing team?

Yes. We align content with HR, managers and marketing, with a clear division of work. Existing materials and channels can be the starting point.

Does this include candidate selection?

Selection is a separate scope of cooperation. Employer branding can support your in-house hiring or a recruitment project we run together. The number of applications and the hiring outcome also depend on the offer, the market and the selection process itself.

Show us how you present the job today

Tell us which profiles you are looking for and what in your current communication is not delivering the result you want. We will suggest what to improve and which materials to prepare first.
